【明德原创】(编辑:李文涵)回鍋肉是一道非常下飯的家常川菜,最好用豬的臀厚尖,要選擇三層分明;肥瘦適度相當的肉。因為我本人不愛吃分肉,這次我選用的稍微瘦點的五花肉。

柿子椒100克(你也可以用尖椒,乾辣椒)
