小豆腐又叫鸡刨豆腐,是一道东北家常菜。豆腐的形状碎而不散。口味虽然清淡,淡而不寡,老少咸宜。做这道菜,本应吊高汤,但是家里做就不用了,把盐和胡椒粉的味道给足,或者稍放一些蚝油增鲜。
